Short Course

Microsoft 365 Access – Level 1

ShortMSO-AC1

Many organisations keep important records in spreadsheets that quickly become messy and hard to manage. A database is a far better solution, and Microsoft Access makes it possible without programming. Microsoft Access Level 1 introduces you to database basics in a clear, practical way.

In this course, you will learn how relational databases store information and how to find your way around Access. You will create tables and set field properties, enter, edit, sort and filter records, build simple queries to find information, create basic forms for data entry, and produce and print simple reports for everyday business records.

Basic Windows and keyboard skills are all you need to begin. On completion, you will be able to manage business information more accurately and efficiently in roles such as Data Capturer, Database Clerk, Office Administrator and Records Assistant. Take control of your organisation's information and book your place today.
