- Confidently navigate Microsoft Windows — files, folders, settings, and everyday troubleshooting
- Typing skills, keyboard shortcuts, and digital habits that save time every day
- Create, format, and print professional documents in Microsoft Word, including a job-ready CV
- Build simple spreadsheets, tables, and basic formulas in Microsoft Excel
- Send, organise, and manage a professional inbox using Microsoft Outlook
- Search, browse, and stay safe on the internet
- Set up and use social media and messaging apps confidently and safely
- A first hands-on introduction to using AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot at work
