Is there a minimum group size for corporate training?
Most short courses and learnership cohorts run comfortably from 6–8 learners upward; we'll also quote smaller custom groups and larger multi-site rollouts on request — talk to us about your numbers.
Can training run at our own offices, not just at Careers IT?
Yes — we deliver on-site at your premises anywhere in South Africa, fully online, in a hybrid format, or at our Umhlanga Ridge learning hub. On-site scheduling works around your operational hours.
Do you invoice against a purchase order for procurement?
Yes, we work with standard corporate procurement processes — purchase orders, invoicing terms, and the documentation your finance and skills development teams need for B-BBEE and WSP/ATR reporting.
Can corporate training count toward our B-BBEE scorecard?
Registered learnerships contribute to the Skills Development element, and can support Enterprise & Supplier Development and Employment Equity depending on who you enrol. Careers IT is B-BBEE Level 1 — we'll help structure a mix that fits your scorecard targets.
