Python Essentials 1 Training
Start programming from zero with Python, one of the most in-demand languages. Learn to think like a programmer and write, test and debug your own programs.
Python is one of the most popular and in-demand programming languages in the world, used in software development, automation, data science and artificial intelligence. It is also one of the easiest languages to learn, which makes it the perfect place to start programming. Python Essentials 1 takes you from no programming experience to writing your own working programs.
Over thirty hours, you will learn programming fundamentals and computational thinking, and how to work with variables, data types, operators and control flow. You will also learn to use lists, functions, tuples and dictionaries, and to handle errors and debug your code, so that you learn to think like a programmer from the very beginning.
No programming experience is needed. Classes are instructor-led by a Careers IT facilitator, on campus or online, with full access to the Cisco Networking Academy content, labs and assessments. The course prepares you for the PCEP Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer exam from the Python Institute, and you will receive a Careers IT certificate of completion and the Cisco certificate of completion. Write your first line of code and enquire today.
